The Jacksonville Linux Users Group is a Florida Non-Profit corporation and as such is able to enter legal contracts with sponsors typically under a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) but more formal and legally binding contracts are available. Any, and all, such MoUs and/or contracts will be made publicly available, published on this website in their entirety, in the sake of full transparency of operations, please keep such in mind, there will be no confidential sponsorship of any kind, all sponsors will be made know to the public.

Sponsorship is different than Donorship, as sponsorship comes with a duration and terms, starting with a 1-year minimum commitment for any sponsorship. Sponsorship, unlike donorship, its typically reserved for businesses and corporations only, and is only available to select individuals with access to commercial resources, venues, etc. For monetary donations, please see our donate page or for equipment donations, please see our Recycle Program a.k.a Project Phoenix.

The Jacksonville Linux Users Group is a Florida Non-Profit, 501(c)(3) under IRC, and is actively seeking sponsors of any kind, be it food, certification and software licenses, grants, media production equipment and facilities, meeting/presentation venues, and similar commercial offerings. Sponsorship is tax-deductible! If your business, employer, or corporation would like to sponsor the JaxLUG in any form, please reach out, send us an email at admin@jaxlug.ngo! Sponsors will be acknowledged and advertised on our website and other media with links to the sponsor, along with any terms of agreements.
